ROLE DESCRIPTION:
You will have a comprehensive role with Diane Newman's State Farm agency. Your responsibilities encompass several key areas:

  1. Client Relations: Building and maintaining relationships with clients is crucial. This involves understanding their needs, concerns, and preferences, and ensuring they feel valued and supported.

  2. Liaison Role: Acting as a bridge between customers and the agency, you ensure that customer needs are effectively communicated.  This helps align customer expectations with agency goals.

  3. Meaningful Conversations: Engaging in in-depth discussions with clients to understand their individual circumstances and needs. This can lead to better-tailored insurance solutions and services, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  4. Agency Growth: Your role in fostering client relationships and understanding their needs directly contributes to the growth of the agency. Satisfied customers are more likely to stay with the agency and refer others, driving business success.

  5. Improving Customer Lives: By providing personalized service and addressing specific needs, you help improve the overall well-being and security of your customers through appropriate insurance products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Life/Health and Property/Casualty license preferred.

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
